Recipe B: Icing

Ingredients needed:

About 1/2 tbsp of sugar

1 drop of vanilla essence

25g of butter
Icing sugar

Tools needed:

Large bowl

Mixer

Procedure:

1. Beat sugar and butter together until butter is creamy.

2. Add in icing sugar bit by bit and continue mixing until the mixture becomes whitish in colour.
